Subscriptions

To cancel a subscription, you must do so a day before the subscription date by emailing our customer service team at hello@myblushie.com with your order number and a request to cancel subscription. It can also be managed from the subscription management page as well as the initial order email confirmation.

Cancellations MUST be completed prior your payment method being charged. If requested after renewal date, the shipment will still be shipped out. However, we will be able to cancel the future orders. For any further questions or concerns, please email our customer service team. 

Repeat/recurring orders cannot be returned or refunded.
